7. Dealing on Prices
7.1
To deal on a price in the system simply left click on the appropriate Bid or Offer. This will open a dialog box that will ask if you want to Sell/Buy at the level and what amount.

If desired overtype the amount and left click on ‘Yes’ to deal.
7.2
Price will flash pink to the Market to indicate that the price has been dealt on. (Rates with yellow background indicate prices changing due to Price Makers’ OCO switched on).

At this point the ‘Unconfirmed Deals’ box will appear.
This shows a summary of the deal; Trade number, Counter party, amount per leg, tenor, currency, strategy, premium currency, cut and Vol traded.

If appropriate credit line is available for the counter party left click on ‘Accept Counterparty’. At this stage you are not agreeing the details of the trade, only the name of the Counterparty. Details are confirmed in ‘The Trade Blotter’. (See section 8)
